BALLERINA
Classical Ballet:

Classical Ballet stresses academic technique developed through the centuries. Examples of classical ballets are Coppélia,  Sleeping Beauty,  Nutcracker and Swan Lake.  Dancers of all ages learn self discipline, strength, endurance, and projection of their own dance qualities as they execute barre and center floor technique.  Performance of dance combinations and choreography further enhance the student's poise, grace, posture, self esteem and creativity. Serious students progress most quickly with multiple classes per week though recreational students suffice with less.  Pointe work is by placement.
